Field Trial Stuff Garmin Astro Reciever Case After having several people ask me to design and make a case for the Garmin Astro receiver, I went to work. I asked a bunch of field trialer's for their input and I came up with this one. This beauty is built to last! It's made of the finest Hermann Oak 11 oz. saddle skirting and has a stainless steel bolt snap and dee ring. It's made to clip on the saddle and has a dee ring at the bottom to tie it down so it doesn't flop around and shake the dickens out of your Astro receiver. As you can see, I designed it to cover the screen. By a very wide margin, field trialer's told me screen protection was more important than being able to see the screen while still in the case. That'd be cheating now wouldn't it. Also the screen is designed to face inward so as not to damage the screen when snapping the snap on the keeper. Just like everything else we make, these are designed to last and last. They will serve you well. We also have a model without the snap on the top and it has a belt loop on the back so as to wear it on your side. We very, very highly recommend using a protective cover for the screen of your Astro. Snow Canyon Outfitters WILL NOT replace your Astro receiver because of damage, even if you think it was caused by the use of our leather case. Keep the inside of the case clean and use a screen cover. Price $35.00 I am working on another different designed case that will have an open face so you can see the screen without taking the receiver out of the case.
Tucker Limited Edition "Nevada Joe" Saddle For Sale --SOLD--
This saddle is Tucker's limited edition saddle called the "Nevada Joe" I bought the saddle in 2004 for my wife to ride,,,you know the rest of the story. She has only ridden it 3 times in 5 years. So, its time to sell it! The saddle comes with some extras not originally included on the saddle. It comes with a rear cinch, and Tuckers "trail glide" hooded stirrups, a matching "Lifetime" combination halter/bridle, and a matching breast strap. The halter/bridle and breast strap were made by me in my leather shop. The saddle bags seen in photo 1 are also included in the price. Saddle bags were also made by me in my shop as well. As you can see the saddle is two tone color, chestnut and black. Seat, rear cinch and cinch billets, stirrups, horn, conchos and saddle strings are black. Seat size is 16 inches and the tree is a medium. This saddle has been stored in my house on a saddle stand and covered. There are only a few minor, and I do mean MINOR, blemishes on the saddle. You might see them in photo 5 (top right). This saddle could be sold as new on any showroom floor, you'd never know the difference. Tucker is well known for the comfy ride on the trail, and the overall quality of their saddles. I paid $1600.00 then added rear cinch and hooded, padded stirrups, another $200.00. I am asking $1200 for the saddle, the combination halter/bridle and the breast strap, and the saddle bags. Shipping cost will be determined by where you live and will be actual cost, no profit on my part. Call or email for more information Price $1200 (includes matching combination halter/bridle and breast strap made by me in my shop) --SOLD--
